We strive to get packages to you as quickly as possibly! We typically process your order in 2-3 days and shipping time Australia wide is 6-8 days. If you make any purchases after 2PM on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday morning. Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number..

We take great care in the development and production of our products to ensure high quality. However, if for some reason you are not happy with the product you receive you may contact us to receive a full refund on the price paid for the products on our online store.

1 Request must be lodged within 30 days of purchase 

2 Reasons may include (but are not limited to): faulty or incorrect product, inaccurate label information or the product is significantly different to the product information and/or images.

3 Please include a copy of your invoice to the email request

4 Refund of paid price will exclude shipping costs

5 Product should then be disposed of responsibly, please don’t ship back to us.
